With Lorenza I led operations across production, product development, and brand, supporting the growth and evolution of the Lorenza portfolio. I managed winemaking and production planning while expanding output and sourcing new vineyards, contributing to the development and launch of new wines from concept through release. I built and executed foundational systems across e-commerce, wine club, and direct-to-consumer channels—supporting customer experience, retention, and revenue growth. Lastly, I oversaw brand and client-facing initiatives, partnering closely with founders, customers, and trade partners to support sales, storytelling, and overall brand development.

Lorenza is a California-based winery known for producing rosé inspired by the styles of southern France, particularly Bandol and Provence. Founded by Melinda Kearney and her daughter Michèle, the brand was an early leader in the domestic rosé category at a time when demand in the U.S. was still emerging.
Over time, Lorenza has remained at the forefront of the category, helping define a more intentional, European-influenced approach to California rosé. Originally focused on a single wine, the brand has since expanded its portfolio to include new products such as Lorenza Spritz, a sparkling wine made from Rhône varieties grown in Lodi and the Sacramento River Delta.

Work for this project included winemaking and production management. We worked closely with LEVEL Design in Calistoga to engineer and design artwork for the new wine label as well as to design and engineer packaging. Wines were made and blended in 2018, bottled early 2019, and released to market that Spring.

I worked closely with the owners to write and design tasting documents for past vintages, produce events, and both digital and print brand collateral for the website, tasting room, and for general trade use. Lorenza has since launched 4 new wines to their portfolio and continues to produce wines of quality.
